There are many successful ways to assemble a proposal, so we built GrantSlam to deliver that flexibility. We have supported both the MAC and PC communities for years. With over 50 different auto-fill fields in GrantSlam, you can easily, reliably and consistently assemble documents from pre-made Biosketches, Professional Profiles and Institutional Profiles. Sensitive data (such as salaries, ethnicity, etc.) have access controls for both writing and reading. You get consistency and control over important budgetary decisions without being forced into one way of proposal creation.
Since MS WORD is the dominant method for creating the Research Plan, we’ve enhanced it with special templates to help you become more productive. A special template allows you to take a preexisting Research Plan and format it for paper or electronic submission without tedious cut and paste operations. Create the proposal, then use the Cayuse PDF printer to print and circulate drafts or final versions of your proposal document, research plan and Biosketches. All of this functionality means you won’t need to purchase Adobe Acrobat. Nearly all of the proposal pagination is controlled by GrantSlam, eliminating much of the frustration of final document assembly.
Program Project Grants are a perfect example of the level of sophistication in our program. With two clicks of a mouse, you can assemble sub-proposals and all of the budgetary numbers automatically flow through the summary proposal. These complex collaborative documents become much simpler to assemble and to submit.
